These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the k1gem platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, and payment transactions. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a k1gem account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use k1gem. The platform enforces mandatory KYC identity verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended and remaining balances returned after investigation.
All account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are supported. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in Section 7. Funds must be wagered through at least once before withdrawal.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated period. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one k1gem account. Duplicate accounts, including accounts opened using different identities by the same person, are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraudulent activity are all prohibited. k1gem reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
By completing the k1gem account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the k1gem platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies referenced herein.
This Agreement is effective from the date you create your k1gem account and continues in force until your account is closed, whether by you or by k1gem. Closure of your account does not extinguish any obligation or liability that arose prior to closure.
k1gem reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To register and maintain a k1gem account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
k1gem reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension until eligibility is established.
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) k1gem account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
k1gem is required by its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any point at k1gem's discretion. Documents typically required include:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. k1gem will communicate the outcome of KYC review within five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation.
If k1gem detects that an individual holds more than one account, k1gem reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts, forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and retain any real-money deposits pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k1gem account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
k1gem will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from k1gem that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to k1gem support immediately.
You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, until you notify k1gem of any unauthorised access. Upon receiving notification of suspected unauthorised access, k1gem will suspend your account and initiate an investigation.
k1gem employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications. However, k1gem cannot guarantee the security of your device or network environment. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security on the devices from which you access k1gem.
All deposits to your k1gem account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1gem accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (subject to applicable conversion rates).
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. k1gem does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which k1gem accepts no responsibility.
Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast) are typically credited to your k1gem account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours. k1gem is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds are legitimately yours, that they are not derived from criminal activity, and that their deposit does not violate any law applicable to you. k1gem may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
If a deposit transaction is initiated but does not appear in your account balance within the timeframe specified above, you must contact k1gem support with your transaction reference number. k1gem will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within three (3) business days.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outbound transfers. k1gem does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used to deposit.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
k1gem aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing may take longer where KYC verification is pending, where a withdrawal triggers enhanced due-diligence review, or during periods of high transaction volume. Banking holidays and Pakistani public holidays may extend processing times.
Real-money deposits must be wagered through at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent money-laundering through the platform and is a condition of k1gem's regulatory authorisation.
k1gem reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal is related to a disputed transaction. k1gem will notify the Player of any withdrawal suspension and the reason for it.
k1gem offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.
k1gem actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while retaining maximum expected value; and colluding with other Players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, k1gem may void the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
k1gem's casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, card games, and instant-win products — are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the on-screen game rules and this Agreement, the on-screen game rules govern with respect to that specific game round.
All RNG-based games offered on k1gem are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panel. k1gem does not alter RNG parameters after certification.
In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, k1gem reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. No further compensation will be payable in respect of a voided round. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Individual game rounds may be subject to maximum win caps as specified in the game rules. Any amount exceeding the published maximum win for a game round will not be paid. Where a promotional bonus is active, additional maximum win restrictions specified in the promotion's terms also apply.
k1gem's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the relevant market page.
A bet is not confirmed until k1gem's system has accepted it and a Bet ID has been issued. In the event of a system error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be considered void. k1gem reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict markets at its sole discretion.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, as reflected in your bet receipt. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and delays in placing bets may result in a different price being offered or the bet being declined.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within twenty-four (24) hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise. PSL and Pakistan international cricket fixtures follow ICC/PCB official scheduling for this purpose.
k1gem reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed; (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k1gem and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the k1gem platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, game content licensed from third-party studios, text, and data — is the property of k1gem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k1gem platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to: (a) copying or reproducing any platform content; (b) reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software; (c) framing or mirroring the platform on any other website; or (d) using k1gem's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1gem's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your k1gem account at the time the claim arises.
k1gem is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from network interruptions, third-party payment delays, or force-majeure events beyond k1gem's reasonable control; or (d) any losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement limits k1gem's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
k1gem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at k1gem Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
k1gem collects personal data including identity documents, contact information, financial transaction data, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. k1gem does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention periods are governed by k1gem's regulatory obligations, which in some cases require retention of records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure.
k1gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — k1gem will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address.
Minor amendments, including but not limited to typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, and updates required by regulatory directive, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
The current version of this Agreement, marked with its effective date, is always available at k1gem.com/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under k1gem's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by k1gem's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents k1gem from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce its rights under this Agreement.
